the neglected

it has been feeling really neglected such that it is haunting me in my sleep. loads of stuff had happened but i guess the more vivid ones are my trainings for the HM.

the BIG race is less than a month ago and i am so not prepared. to make up for lost time, the MAN had told me to run at least 5 times a day including a 2 hours run every weekend. the training officially began on thurs morning when i woke up at 530am but only left the house at 7am to run. ha! what a bum. fri was rest day and i ran another 20 mins b4 blading wif jean at bishan park. blading is soooo fun! opps. i'm digressing. heh..all the mini up slopes were killing me. i actually cheated by walking on the side grass patch. hah...but the down slopes were so exciting. really found myself rolling down.....

well, next sat we will be going to east coast to blade. but i will be doing my 2 hours run (hopefully!) instead of blading as we are gonna party at nite! ha..jean and our new fren are gonna bring us to either butter factory and attica. oooooo...now i have something to look forward to during the week.

oh ya, new year will be spent overseas this year, at ho chih min. i'm gonna miss the MAN =(

hanny was in town over the last weekend and together wif hx, we took part in the 10km run!

we did it!

ohh..one of the drinks station along the running route was actually the green man. ha...the MAN got worked up when he heard it. hah..and we saw some guys running wif their gf or wives. what's up man? i thought it's supposed to be a WOMEN'S RUN??!?!?!

after the run, we went to the movies wif nz. prestige is good! highly recommened show to watch..and i have decided to ditch departed due to the bad reviews which i have heard from my colleagues.

we went on to meet up wif hanny's frenz at ice cold beer before proceeding to the outdoor rouge for dinner. food was so-so but i'm a sucker for ambience. so i will be back again.

the programme ended wif ktv at cineleisure. ha..and meeting more of hanny's frenz. just so happened that one of them was jean's friend. what a small world!
