the long awaited work out
i' so happy that i went for gym today. attended the spinning class and body balance. was supposed to go for combat but the class was too full (and i'm was late too). but still..i'm glad i went for spinning instead. need to walk those thunder thighs of me. they are GETTING BIGGER! and i've got stretch marks and cellulite now! i'm so disgusted wif myself. am considering marie france in the near future.
however, the highlight of the day has to be the balance class. i realised i really missed body balance class. and julian is a really good instructor. he communicates wif the class and will even walk around to correct our movements and posture. and he is kinda funny too. i felt very much happier after the work out. i'm gonna try to make it for next mon class too. 2 work outs at one time. good.
the first ever women's only run is gonna be held on july. i'm gonna join the 10 km one! need to get my running form back again.
the plan now is to run 10 km for the
SHAPErun in july, then another 12km run for the
AHM...and if nothing goes wrong, i'm aiming for the
stan chart21 km! haha. ambitious girl eh? wait till u hear about tjs...i'm thinking of becoming a tri girl! ha! guess the video which i saw from tube really inspire me loads. the father racing together wif his ill child. and my company is publicing real hard on the osim tri year. they even got our very own iron lady mika to conduct a preparation class! however, realistically speaking, i'm still not ready yet. so for now, i'm gonna master my run first and continue to leisure swim. one fine day...one fine day...i'll hit the roads!
