alive!!

it has been 1 week since i started work and i'm still alive! hahaha..for those who r still unaware, i actually worked ot on my first day! (excl. that 1 week at bangkok) guess wat time i knock off? 11pm! amazing rite? and i even went back to the client's place to work on sat! brought work back home to complete too. but dun worry frenz, i'm not being tekan or wat. juz so happened that i'm under this particular maanger who handles many companies who have a june financial year end. so the jobs are on very tight deadlines since the annual reports for listed firms have to be released within 90 days after their yr end. but i muz say i'm pretty lucky to be working under a bunch of seniors who r very nice and patient wif me. thus, even though i have to work late, i actually dun mind since they r so willing to guide me. it has been quite fun really, esp when u managed to balance some figures or discover some important findings.

convo was kinda fun though dearie couldn't make it. didn't take a lot of photos wif my frenz but i sure did take a lot wif my parents and auntie. my camera is giving me problems once more! guess it's time for me to fix it again. it was so difficult to put the hood properly on the gown. thank god david and my auntie was there to help. haha..i'm so useless man. even a guy is better than me. after that, watched fantastic 4 wif dearie and his frenz. quite a good show. at least it managed to crack me up.

another highlight of the week gotta be my freaking internet connection. couldn't get online since tue. then on wed nite, gave linksys a call and after spending 1 hour talking to them on my hp, they still couldn't solve my prob! was so damn pissed, frustrated and feeling so helpless. my temper was further worsened as the phone connection was sooooo bad coz my call was answered by the call station in philippines. there was a lag for like 2-5 seconds everytime i finish one sentence. i felt that my internet connection company is pushing the responsibility to the router side and they in turn r pushing the prob to the modem company. was f**king irritated. but miraculously, the connnection decided to get working once again after i called the company a 2nd time. phew! i dun are whose fault is it, juz give me my connection!

juz chat to dearie thru msn. he juz came back from port dickson and it was a good race. did a 2hr 33 mins which is anout 15 mins faster than osim! wow! i'm so proud of u =) he claimed the swim route is shorter and of course, he ran harder this time round. i muz say, though timing is impt, the essence and quality of the race is of far more value. he enjoyed the race tremendously and that is a good thing to hear. as for me, think i have to bid goodbye for the new balance run. haven't had time to exercise. shall give myself one more week. if i failed to run this week, then i shall cast the thought of joining aside.
